Need for Effective Troubleshooting Strategy

Mail order business requires an effective strategy for troubleshooting orders that are not delivered to the correct address. I was dismayed when the first step in your troubleshooting was a request for an alternate delivery address. This was not an option it was the only thing I was given to troubleshoot. My residence has locked mailboxes & package boxes accessible only to postal workers & the resident. An alternative address (if I had one) would likely NOT have been safer! I am retired, single, have one residence & no local family. I felt panicked at having spent over$100.00 on missing product & a totally ineffective troubleshooting strategy on your part. I highly recommend using this as only 1 option & offering customers an another option as a first step in your troubleshooting process. Effective troubleshooting is critical to the success of mail order business. No matter how good your product is, if you can’t get it to customers, you will fail. You have a good product. That said, the quick response of your team is the only reason I provided a high rating.
