Worst online company I have ever encountered
This is without doubt the WORST online shopping experience I’ve ever had. First they emailed me saying they had cancelled my original order due to a “small delivery error“. Then they sent a replacement but their courier (“Relay”) lost it. Nobody responded to my emails until weeks later when they sent me a form to sign confirming that the items had never been delivered. Two and a half weeks later and they still haven’t arrived, and nobody is responding to my emails! You can’t phone them, just send emails that remain unanswered. Beyond terrible customer service from Warmnest and their courier, Relay. Avoid at all costs!
