AC went out, they said “Deal with it”
Update the vendor cancelled and said we can’t get to you until next week. 4 Days with no AC and an offer to reimburse me for a single cooling fan I bought from ACE Hardware. Current Temp 87 Degrees, Humidity 97%. 2 dogs currently sitting in my truck with the AC on. No hotel, no relocation. This company does not care about your livelihood. AC went out in the house and they said they have to wait 48 hours before they can contact any other vendor besides the 1 they work with. That vendor is booked. It is 99 degrees in my home. They will not pay for relocation. They will not reimburse you if you go find your own vendor. Very unsatisfactory. The customer service has no say in anything, is not allowed to call management, and doesn’t have management emails. They only are allowed to communicate with them through slack or teams. Very hard to escalate an emergency and they don’t seem to care when you do get in contact with management.
