Beware - faulty and no help without proof of purchase
My father bought a pair of shoes in 2018. They cost £238. After wearing them 3 times the sides of the soles started to disintegrate and the underneath of the soles to both feet split from side to side. I went into a Kybun stockists in New York and he said that they were clearly faulty and to contact Kybun. He said that they had been stored in hot, dry heat he thought. We did this and they would do nothing without a proof of purchase. My father, who bought them, has dementia and we cannot find proof. They do not want to help in any way without this. Total waste of money and the company do not seem to care about their customer service. We would have bought them again but not with this experience.
