Poor customer service. They're quickly losing a long standing customer
The seam on leggings bought at Christmas tore. Lululemon offered a credit for the faulty item. Item was returned to them on Feb 8th (delivered feb 10th). Haven't heard from them since and they're not responding to emails. They owe me around £70! Not happy
