Still no proper answer after more than a week
Still no proper answer after more than a week It has now been more than a week since I asked for a refund and referred to my EU consumer rights. I still have not received a clear answer. Their terms say “no refunds”, but they do not clearly show that I gave up my EU right to withdraw from the purchase. I therefore still expect a full refund. I will keep pursuing this until the matter is properly resolved.
