An employee of Great Jones stole out of our home, over $3000 paddleboard, paddle, right down to the roof racks and straps. The company made him return the items eventually, but severely damaged. The company refuses to take any responsibility or cooperate with police. I have proof of purchase (from 6 days earlier!) and pictures taken from the same week, proving NO DAMAGE, yet they say they are not responsible for things their employee ACTUALLY ADMITTED TO STEALING!! YOU OWE ME $3k!!!
