Water heater started leaking after 15 years of rental. They said they would send someone to look. Are you brain dead???? The tank has rusted through. Oh we have to have someone verify that. Will the person who comes to look have a new tank with them. No they won't. I will tell you what. I will replace the tank myself and you can stick your piss poor service! You will have to return the old tank to Barrie which is an hour away or you will be charged X amount of dollars. What an ignorant and completely useless service they offer, after me paying for the tank 10 times over. The scam of all scams!!!! DO NOT RENT! IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND YOU GET NO SERVICE IN RETURN!!!!!
