Not sure if anyone else has had the dreadful pleasure of dealing with Sonny in customer service. A customer should not have to ask over 15 times for a complaint ticket to be raised so we can discuss in more detail our issues with our account. Over 15 attempts later in the one conversation I received a complaint number. I requested a full SAR also. Three times i asked but he just hung up on me!!
