Unreliable and do not respond to messages
I signed a contract for 5 treatments per annum for my lawn. I set up a direct debit mandate. After several weeks, the local Greenthumb rep said he was coming to do the first treatment on 23 September. At 3:30pm on that date, he texted to say he couldn't make it. No reason given. I texted back and asked when he could re-arrange for. No reply. I left it a week and texted again. Once again, no reply. And this was at the start of the contract! Direct debit had correctly been set up at the bank and was showing on my account. I therefore cancelled the direct debit and emailed Greenthumb to terminate the contract. Clearly a bunch of unreliable timewasters.
