Believe the bad reviews. You'll end up paying way more than $28 because they keep using scare tactics to make you think you need this or that just to get them to send the paperwork you need to prove you have taken the course. They prey on the fact that you need this proof to keep from getting arrested. For example, the course is $28. However, they charged $49.95 to email me a copy of my certificate. $49.95! They say if you don't do that, it will simply mail to you and they note "the Post Office WILL lose your certificate" and then the court will issue a warrant for your arrest because you can't prove you took the course. What they do should be illegal, and the course content is very old and outdated.
