Beware of this company

Use this company with caution. I ordered items from them, heard nothing for over a week, not even a courtesy email until i threatened a charge back. They then lied about waiting for additional information, which they never requested, and when i asked for a refund due to their poor service, they helped themselves to 20% claiming its their fee. I have reported to trading standards, the pharmacy ombudsman, and raised a complaint with my bank. I wish id read the reviews first. Utter scammers i believe they are called and they are!!!
