Never using Delivery.com
Never using Delivery.com. Not wanting to go out but wanting restaurant food, I used Mr. Delivery/Delivery.com for a food order. My order arrived on time, but both meals were missing. Contacting them via their app I was in convo with 2 individuals and eventually requested to be contacted by someone who could provide a FULL refund. I received a phone call from an individual who had "looked into the matter", agreed I didn't get what I paid for and offered a partial refund with an account credit. I requested a FULL refund including manditory tip. They are refusing to fully refund my bill. Keeping the delivery fee and tip or offering "store credit" is unsatisfactory because I'm not using the service again. Poor customer service is pervasive, top down. Hopefully they will see that customer service and quality control are important keys in a business. I am presently waiting for the individual on the other end of the line to "talk to local managers to see if I can have a full refund" Still wholly dissatisfied with Delivery.com
