Nie wieder Saturn – keine Lieferung, keine Rückerstattung

Bestellt am 07.07.2025, Liefertermin bis 14.07.2025 – bis heute (27.08.2025) weder Lieferung noch Stornierung. Trotz 7 Mails und 4 Telefonaten passiert nichts außer leeren Versprechungen. Saturn hält Kunden hin, erstattet kein Geld zurück und ignoriert Fristen. Absolut inakzeptabel – ich werde nun rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
