For the second time in a row an order…
For the second time in a row an order of mine was sent back to your warehouse. I time my orders around events I organize and the latest shipment will not get here on time. The first time this happened I was told it was the US post Office’s fault and I saw that you changed to UPS. But now it has happened again on a large order of nearly $1,000. I called your hotline on Thursday and was told I would receive a call back or email to explain what happed. I have received neither. This is unacceptable.
