After purchasing a faulty Calor 12kg from Londis Texaxo garage on the Portsmouth Road Surrey and attempting to exchange which they refused. I contacted Calor in Guilford spoke to the most helpful chap Mark who arranged for an exchange for my faulty one the next day. Amazing service! George from Guildford arrived, polite and helpful with my new one and checked it and all in working order and took my faulty one away! I will now always use Calor in Guilford. Much appreciated too, for going out of your way for me. Top service!
