Efficient service and transaction eventually completed smoothly although only at the third attempt. The first two attempts to sell the car fell through when the successful bidders pulled out after the auction ended and nothing due to the car which they hadn't seen, they apparently just pulled out without recourse. Third time lucky but at a much reduced price. Also, no breakdown given when the sale proceeds were transferred to my bank, would have been nice to have a completion statement.
