Disappointing. Tiny Bit Relieved. And Many Headaches and Back to Disappointed.

1st gift - Arrived on time but I ordered "HANDMADE CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES APPLE BASKET" for a friend in the USA. Even paid FEDEX 2 guaranteed days shipping so the strawberries remain fresh upon arrival (as they suggested). It arrived and what did she get? A Brown & Haley Cashew Roca The Original Buttercrunch Toffee Cashews which I could get from the supermarket! I paid $41.24 for this?? RIDICULOUS! Tried to call, email, live chat - absolutely nothing. Ended up a dispute through Paypal. Communicated with the Seller and their reason they have the right to substitute something equal or greater value than the item I ordered. A Brown & Haley Cashew Roca The Original Buttercrunch Toffee Cashews equivalent or greater than USD41.24? What a joke. Come on. I replied and they never responded after that. 2nd gift - delivery to Canada and was 2 days late. However, I was relieved that it was the CORRECT items I ordered (strawberry chocolates in a basket with German beers). No damages and intact. 3rd gift- After all the headache of no notifications given, I had to ask my friend to find high and low for the gift. She found it but another disappointment. I ordered a Custom Wine Basket that should have two white wines (American and Italian) in a silver tin. What came? A brown cheap-looking basket with one white Australian wine (that costs USD$10) and a small forerror rocher chocolates (that costs USD$1.50). How is that equivalent or greater value than two wines??! I paid this for USD$76.40?? So not worth it. I had no choice but to apologize to my friend and order another wine from a different store. Everyone, order from this company on your own risk! Or just run far far away! It gave me such anxiety issues seriously. It is not the money but it is the thought of giving wonderful Christmas presents during this pandemic time. Hopefully, Paypal will help.
