I’ve had a very poor experience
I’ve had a very poor experience with Newton Property Services overall. From the outset, there has been consistent miscommunication, and their limited opening hours have only made things more frustrating. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, which is incredibly disappointing when you’re trying to get support or clarity on an issue. On top of that, I find their pricing to be significantly overpriced for the quality of service they provide. Aside from one standout – Lewis Gardiner, who has been excellent to deal with and is a real credit to the company – my interactions with other staff have unfortunately been quite rude and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Newton Property Services.
