Cancelled Items and Delayed Shipping
I placed an order November 25th. They took a full week to finally ship it and a week after that the order still hasn't arrived. I went to check the order status only to find two of my items have been cancelled with no explanation. There is an FAQ on the site that says they reserve the right to cancel at their sole discretion, apparently without any notification. Absolutely horrible business practice and customer service never responded to my inquiry about it either.
