Rubbish Customer Service
I ordered, and paid for, a set of five birthday personalised birthday cards and only four arrived. Dealing with someone called Kelly got me absolutely nowhere, just suggestions of contacting Etsy and setting up a case file. Having gone round in circles trying to do this, I give up and give in! They can keep the card, and the money and much good may it do them!
