Mario saves the day.
This review was going to be one start with how things were going, but thanks to the amazing work of the agent I just finished dealing with Mario, the matter has been fixed. However as stated at the start of this review this was about to be one star. I spent the last 2 and a half hours on the phone trying to rectify a problem I noticed after I set up my first account. This was after spending one week trying to set up my account in the first place. I had given my information correctly and when I got my bill the address was wrong and so the gas number. I called and was told to email which I did. I got my response and was asked to call the office. First agent I spoke to gave me the run around and was trying to get me to find “correct” information even though all information I provided was from a bill they issued. After spending 1 hour on the phone I was cut off. I called back and got through to Mario who was a fantastic agent to deal with. He is an asset to the job and knows how to deal with the public and went above and beyond to fix this issue. I am expecting a call from a supervisor or manager in the coming days, I will update then. Just want to say thank you to Mario again and make it clear that this review was very close to being a one start and a call to the relative body that regulates and monitors the gas and electric companies.
