A completely hassle free experience
Pick up at Dunedin Airport was easy with no quibbles about marking up the condition of the car. The Fiat Punto computer driven ignition and transmission can be a pain but when I failed to cope with it in a super market car park there was little problem about arranging a call out (cancelled by me within ten minutes when I finally figured out what I should have been doing - with no charge or come back). I then got the offer of a replacement car without having asked for it. The return of the car took less than two minutes. I could not have asked for more
