Impossible to cancel subscriptions
Impossible to cancel subscriptions. If I could give this a zero star I would. Customer services is a chatbot. No phone number to contact company directly.Goal posts of how to cancel changes each time I've tried. I've had an email to say I've cancelled but still they are billing me. As warning do not use this company. If you have already you now need to keep a receipt and keep the boxes find a imei number and an order number which is not clearly labeled so a mistake could be made with the array of numbers and codes on the boxes you also need the phones number. This is not explained by the retailers who sell this companies products. They must also take responsibly to inform consumers of the problem with this product.
