It has been 30 days since I paid for this service and I still haven’t received a single slot, I understand that they rely on cancellations to be made during my dates but I know that there has been cancellations during that time which I wasn’t given a slot for. I asked for a refund since I hadn’t been given a single slot but they refused due to their no refund policy (I am not using other apps Infact I deleted my testi subscription which I paid for when they told me about this😭🙏)
