Very poor after sale service
We have bought a wall mounted floating drawer. The wall frame was faulty which is causing drawer not to sit flat against the wall. We have sent an email on 20/1 and received a reply straightaway asking for name and an order number which we replied but yet to receive a response for refund. It was claimed that a response will come in 48 hours which is not the case clearly. Not happy with the after sale service and not sure What to do. Disappointed!!!!
