Stay away if you are not German. Regardless of your problem, customer service feels like allergic to English, so watch out not to email, chat or call in English because you will probably get quickly disconnected or redirected to another colleague or the end of the queue to give up. The ones that do speak English and are kind enough to be willing to support a non-fluent customer, will make sure you know they are doing you a favour.
