sainsbury lies
misinformation. LIES and given the run around. when i got a scam transaction on my credit card in June and disputed , i thought it was ok. but 2 months later, they fake company come back with somehow getting all my personal details to make Sainsbury bank reverse the dispute. to make matter worst Sainsbury bank refuse to give me the details for the fake merchant operating in Hong Kong, even when i stated to Sainsbury bank i have not received any goods showing them proof from a door cam that sate they stated they delivered the goods , Sainsbury bank ignored me and just want me to waste my time going to the financial ombudsman to deal with it. as Sainsburys bank cant do a "double jeopardy" on disputed transactions. they cant even proof that its only their hearsay. it seems Sainsbury bank have a higher security checks on purchases made online to uk stores but international purchases are easily let through and get fooled by them. i have been having too many bad experiences with Sainsbury bank this year with too many lies and excuses given me. i cant wait to get rid of them after i get my money back from the fraudulent transactions made on my account. This has affect mentally and physically, but sainsbury bank just don't care. I hope the government investigate sainsbury on the way they do things as we don't want another post office scandal. As from other reviews, I am not the only one
