The experience started out great
The experience started out great. And then it wasn't. I haven't made my first payment yet, and I've had to have the water pump replaced. But, the day before that, my transmission started slipping. I mentioned it to Car City, the warranty company. Long story short, diagnostic isn't covered under warranty. Fair enough. But considering the Car City I'm leasing my vehicle from has A WHOLE SERVICE CENTER, I would think they could run the diagnostic there. Wrong. I was actually referred to an entirely different dealership where I will pay out of pocket. I've "owned" the vehicle for 17 days.
