The room was not as clean as expected
The room was not as clean as expected. I found hair on the sheets on the bed and also one towel in the bathroom was not clean with hair on it. On the bed as we arrived, there was also a kind of strange carpet to warm feet I suppose. When I removed it from the bed, there was dirt under it on the bedsheet. The coffeemachine was in a so disgusting shape, that I did not dare to prepare coffee for me. The shower browse ist slightly damaged, making it uncomfortable (water comes from behind the browse too, it should not be so). Generally was the room not in good shape, furniture slightly damaged at several places, old carpet on the floor and the heating did not manage to get us a really warm place although it was not even freezing outside. Breakfast was also not nice, cheese was old and dry. Fruits were very good. The woman at the reception on the arrival day was extremely nice, also the person responsible for the breakfast was kind and polite. The person at the reception desk on the departure day was rough, she didn´t greet us and simply asked "what´s your room number?" as I gave our cards back. It was not worth the price we paid.
