No responses and inconsistent advice
Extremely poor communication. I get no responses from my case owner so had to call at three different times and spoke to three different people and they all gave different information, which is very concerning! My completion day is fast approaching but I still have no confirmation it is going ahead. Some training across the staff would be beneficial to ensure consistent advice given, but most importantly communication must be improved. It is not acceptable that my messages are ignored so I constantly have to call and chase for the answer.
