Would give 0 stars if I could! 1) Got the address for the purchase property wildly wrong - no ownership of error 2) Stated we have spoken on the phone regarding said purchase, but never had (spoke to Seller who is a family member, but not myself who is paying the fees) 3) When I requested a senior Solicitor to check my documents I was sent as I was apprehensive (still hadn't spoken to a Solicitor at this point, just her secretary), I was told to take my business elsewhere. 4) Incorrect spelling of names Really really poor customer service or reconciliation. Would NOT recommend.
