Disorganised, incompetent and no longer reasonably priced
This property agent used to be very good, charging market beating rates and providing excellent service. However, this has changed in the last year or so. I am shuffled between employees who do not have the information to respond to queries I have. Questions are not answered and in many cases emails simply forgotten without response. When I point out these issues I am met with defensiveness rather than an apology. To give an example of further misorganisation, I was surprised to recieve an email sent in mistake congragulating me on finding new tenants when my existing tenants were happily staying in the middle of their lease. Though I have had my property managed for several years with them and will be seeking another agent as they are longer worthwhile. Edit: I have read the other reviews and do not deal with Charlie or Lisa, perhaps they are better agents.
