I bought a carrera impel 3.1 on line the next day I received a email saying it was at stage one of assembly within 2 minutes I had a frantic phone call from the manager at Cribbs causeway Halfords saying it wasn’t able to go ahead with the order I expressed my annoyance he couldn’t find a replacement This is farcical from a company I’ve used on many occasions and never will again I asked for my money to be returned immediately he said there’s a waiting process they were quick enough to take the payment I would advise no one to use them or part with their hard earned cash
