If we compare BLS to VFS global like…

If we compare BLS to VFS global like VFS Pakistan, so they offer a service know as keep my Passport while processing. Now it’s been 17 days haven’t got my visa yet and I was suppose to travel Turkey today unfortunately due to them I can’t. I don’t why thy don’t offer this service even in Pakistan Spain charge for this optional service even applicant will never mind if they chose this optional paid service in the UK, but they should introduce this service. Now BLS reply will be they are a courier company, but they are dealing with Spanish embassy applicants, so it’s their responsibility to raise clients concern to the embassy.
