Poor Food Lion To Go Experience

Saturday I placed an order using the Food Lion To Go feature Order ID: # 12126827841509368. I initially planned on picking up the items but saw that delivery was an option. I selected delivery because it would allow me to run some errands and free up some time. The delivery window that I selected was between 1230-1:50pm. There were no options to select a 4 hour delivery window. My order arrived at 11:25am and sat outside unrefrigerated for over an hour. My order consisted of number of perishable items including meat, dairy, frozen, and produce. I submitted an issue ticket with Instacart which I didn’t realize was responsible for the delivery… and they told me they could provide me a $65 credit and free delivery on my next order over $35. Grocery delivery is not a service that use often and this would not benefit me because I am afraid to serve my family the perishable items that were out in the sun off of refrigeration. I requested to have that credit/ refund to be applied to my original payment method. They replied and told me that my delivery window was from 9:37am-1:50pm which makes no sense. I cannot believe that I’m having to go through this much hassle for someone to make this right. I believe the perishable items in my order should be refunded or I need to see a credit to be applied for me to see that it is visible. Who can make this right?
