GREAT PROGRAM!!
PLT has been amazing! My husband and I signed up for a 13 week plan hopeful but the results we have seen have exceeded our expectations!! We will be signing up for another round for sure. Our coach was helpful, and encouraging and helped us recognize some of the behaviors that had gotten us where we were. The PLT community was an added bonus! People are supportive, informative, and welcoming!! We are excited to start our next round!
