Extremely poor service received
Extremely poor service received. It has taken 3 months to complete a simple re-mortgage. I had to chase the case continuously, multiple times a week via the online chat and by phone as they were not updating the portal. After chasing and chasing as to why it was taking so long with no real answers, I asked to check what details they had submitted to receive the settlement figure after they had re-summitted it multiple times to find that they had incorrectly input the numbers... but rather than look into it themselves they chose to ignore it. the staff were not very helpful and didn't really know what to do about the situation. I would not recommend Enact to anyone after this experience.
