Very poor service
I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Top Car TENERIFE. We unfortunately had a puncture. I could not get through on any contact numbers for over 14hrs despite ringing multiple (13+) times and leaving messages. No response until the following day when I tried the WhatsApp. What if I had broken down and been stranded? A woman and child alone - awful! The car was swapped efficiently and we were told we would have a price for the new tyre in hours. It took 5 days. When the quote came back I was told that there was replacement of both tyres needed and wheel damage. We didn’t drive the car with the tyre flat. We have multiple photos of wheel with no damage. It was only driven on to the truck by there associate. I believe we should have payed €125 for the tyre not the higher cost of €180 associated with ‘damage’ that was not evident. When I questioned this I have had no response. I will not use them again. Only positive it that the deposit minus the charge was back on the day we were given final documents. 3 days after leaving the island.
