Where to start… its taken over 7 months to complete what should have been a straightforward purchase. No chain simply myself buying an empty property. From the very start it was clear that Keran Bashir is in the wrong job. Like water and electricity Keran and conveyancing shouldn’t be anywhere near eachother. Didnt reply to enquiries for the first 4 months then when she finally did replies given were unsatisfactory and did not answer the questions raised. Missed the deadline for stamp duty because keran went on holiday the week leading up to the deadline. The contract that was sent over was full of mistakes. Everything from leaving one of the sellers off it completely, to wrong names being given and incorrect reference numbers. In the end my solicitor had to do your job for you in order for us to complete! She had to correct your mistakes because once again you failed to reply to her! I know the sellers have put in a formal complete against DC LAW and want answers as to why it has taken this long. You lot dont deserve a penny out of this transaction and you should be ashamed of the “service” you provide.
