It is a total scam. Nobody should fall for it. There was first charge of 19 pounds and later they will tell you to upgrade it to automatic which is 49 pounds with the 19 pound the only you only gets notification which is not available on dvla site don’t fall for them.go to your bank and report them as fraud.
