Worst Customer Service
Ordered a gift basket on Dec 22 for a Dec 24 delivery for a dear friend of mine. Weeks pass with NO communication from Hazelton's on the status of my order, and my repeated attempts to call and email them were unsuccesful/went unanswered. On Jan 11 I called my credit card company to dispute the charge (appears to be successful as the transaction was refunded/reversed). On Jan 13 (today), I suddenly receive a shipment notification from Hazelton's (likely prompted by the chargeback)! Needless to say, I no longer want the item! Please shut this scam of a business down!
