Give them a miss if you care about customer experience
Was going to write about the awful customer service but having seen the number of negative reviews which have received zero response from Lululemon, I don’t think I’ll waste my time sharing details of the experience. In short, avoid this company. Their competitor LNDR is far superior in customer service and quality.
