They keep your money
I ordered and paid for some tablets from online pharmacy 4 U (it was definitely this company, I see they dispute it a lot in the reviews below). The pharmacy then said they couldn't supply them, so were refunding me. BUT they withold £5 postage cost despite them not being supplied/sent. I emailed back about this and was given their terms policies. I have now sent an email stating "cancelling contract" as their own policy says they return postage costs if contract cancelled. We will see. I will be taking it further to regulatory authorities, martin lewis, twitter etc becauses this isn't right. It might only be £5 but its the principle of it. Wouldn't recommend this company!
