Poor management behavior and attitude

Poor management behavior and attitude, plus exhorbitant fees for sign up, and cancellation. My son, a body builder, was banned for taking his shirt off in the group fitness room. He was let back and we pair a high registration or something fee, only to be charged annual fee again 2 months later. Then, admittedly he took his shirt off in the empty group fitness room and the manager Shay saw it on cameras after and banned him. After contesting we got our $19 monthly fee back at least. Shay was unprofessional to our son with his attitude and finishing the email to him "grow up and follow the rules kid", which is my job to say if I choose to not his. His 21 year old brother just joined a gym and when we asked why not Crunch, "too many fees and I hate the attitude of the management". A quick search of reviews and online content seems to have a similar sentiment about manager Shay at that location. BTW I get the intent of the rule of shirts, which is hygeine and appropriateness, but he would do it semi privately for a short time, which is more understandable. He learned his lesson, but I wonder if management will ever learn theirs? SO MUCH FOR THE "NO JUDGEMENT ZONE"
