AVOID!
I've used this company several times in the past with no problems - until last week. I placed an order for Adequan, and had my vet fax over the script. 3 days went by, I then emailed them to get a tracking number. No response. I called 5 times over 4 days, and only reached an "overflow" answering service representative, and all they would do is "pass a note" on to NAH to have someone call me back. No one did. What sucks is, this company seriously put me in a bind as we had a vacation planned, and no medicine arrived prior to us leaving. We had to scramble last minute to get our dog into the vet for an emergency treatment. We did however, receive a full refund back on my VISA card with no apology or explanation. We will never deal with these guys ever again, and urge you to find another vendor for your meds. This place has turned awfully shady.
