I have been in my leased property for 5 yrs and had little to no problems until Great Jones took over. You can never speak to a live person. They have had a late fee on my account since August, and reapply it every month even though I am not late on my rent. They are crooks and do not care how they do business. I cannot wait to move and will never do any kind of business with them EVER AGAIN. THE WORST EVER!! Did I mention they charge you for being late when you aren't? Stress you don't need and they don't fix any of it. I wish I could give no stars.
