Scam Alert: I booked airport transfer and had a flight delay and had to change my pick up time as a result. I was promptly told It’s actually in their terms of service that they do not do changes, so only book if you can see the future and already know you won’t have any delays or flight changes. It’s clear that they prey on people to book and rely on airlines delays to pad their pockets. Avoid these scammers like the plague.
