Great service from staff in Wokingham.

Great service from Wokingham branch. I was having a problem online with the money off code so Twiggi helped me in branch so I saved £15.00 off my purchase. I am stressed due to cancer related issues and car problems were making matters worse. Twiggi was very helpful and knowledgeable answering my questions and clarifying they were the right parts for my vehicle . He was patient and genuinely wanted to help so I didnt feel stupid asking questions and reduced my stress. I will definitely go back to Wokingham in future.

Bracknell branch are very helpful

Helpful friendly staff in Bracknell who gave good advice on which product to use . I was asked by warehouse staff what my project was what was correct timber and sheets of board were appropriate. Chris made sure I had everything I needed and pointed out items I had missed which would help - DPC . In the office Christina was helpful Christina and showed me where items were and answered all my questions and genuinely wanted to help me . Christina asked another member of staff to give technical assistance and it was great that everyone was so friendly and gave me their time . I will be definitely back again soon for more supplies knowing I will get great service.
