Pre-Installation Good communication by phone and email. No problems start to finish. Arrived on time for all appointments, survey and installation. Tidy, friendly workmen including the scaffolding team. Competitively priced. Comprehensive planning analytics before commissioning. Timely installation after commissioning. I went with infinity on recommendation of a work colleague who had PV installation. Post Installation feedback. Solar working fine. Wrong information given on the MCS certificate by Infinity which delayed my SEG appication. Damage noted to the roof membrane underlay from loft , directly below the installation. Photos sent to Infinity Energy, who deny it could have been anything to do with the installation. As the damage was not present before installation, i disagree with them. They made assessment based on 2 low resolution jpg photos emailed by me, rather than sending somebody out to survey the damage. Refused to make good the damage to the underlay, citing it was nothing to do with the installation. On the basis of the post installation customer care, i would no longer be able to wholeheartedly recommend them which is unfortunate as to this point i had been very pleased.
